Our midweek small group Bible studies are really important to our church life together at St Helen's. Most of us find that meeting up with a small group of people during the week to help one another understand God's word better and to pray together really helps us to grow in our relationship with God and with one another. They are a great complement to our Sunday meetings and as we read, think, pray and serve together so we become more the church God would have us be.

RML Romans follows on from RML Mark, taking us deeper into God's Word as we look into what it means to live as a Christian, using the book of Romans. We meet once a week across the year, with the opportunity to go away together for three weekends each year, one each term, considering key topics - Church, God's Sovereignty and Evangelism. We would love you to join us.

RML Romans Tuesday is designed for those who have already studied the book of Mark or John and are attending the 4pm service on a Sunday. We study the letter to the Romans each week, which sets out the gospel of Jesus and its implications for Christians today. We have the opportunity to go away together for three weekends each year, one each term, considering key topics - Church, God's Sovereignty and Evangelism.

They are a great complement to our Sunday meetings and as we read, think, pray and serve together so we become more the church God would have us be.

RML Mark (on Wednesday nights) is recommended for those who are new to London, St Helen's or the Christian faith. Studying the book of Mark helps us to understand the identity of Jesus, what he came to go and how we should respond to him, giving us a firm, biblical foundation to our understanding of God and his Son. We meet once a week across the year, with the opportunity to go away together for three weekends each year, one each term, considering key topics - How God Speaks, The Cross and Understanding the Bible for Yourself. International Growth Groups

      Venue: St Andrew's

St Helen's is a big church family, so our small groups are a really important part of our life together. We run a specific evening for those from overseas who are only planning to be in London for a few years: International Growth Groups. Our desire is to grow more like Jesus as we encourage one another to respond to God's Word, both to life here in London and life back in our home context.

As a mix of workers and students, we meet once a week to study the Bible (this year we're studying John's gospel) and pray for one another. Some of the groups are designed for friends looking into the Christian faith; people are welcome to join at any point in the year. Meeting in St Andrew's, we begin with food at 7pm and finish the evening by 9pm.

Read Mark Learn (RML) groups are at the heart of student life at St Helen's. RML groups are designed to help you grow in your love for Jesus, and build God-focused relationships as we connect and experience life together.

All Student streams of RML start at 7:15pm, when we enjoy a hot meal together before the study. The studies begin at 8pm and are finished by 9:30pm

RML Students has three study streams: Mark, Romans and Overview.

RML Mark is particularly recommended for students new to St Helen's and looks into the identity of Jesus, what he came to do and how we should respond to him. RML Romans looks into what it means to live as a Christian, using the book of Romans. RML Overview looks at God's plan to be glorified and be in relationship with man, from the beginning of history. All three streams meet once a week during term time.

If you're an international student you might like to try our international groups, also meeting on Wednesdays, in St Andrew's.

It is a tour of the key highlights and turning points of Scripture, not just to see what is in the Bible, but to see that the whole Bible really does fit together, to see how it fits together and to get to know our incredible God and his amazing plan better as we do this.
