Summer Link: Bible Stories for Grown-Ups

      Venue: St Helen's
      More Info: Summer Link 2016

Every summer, people from all the different small groups at St Helen's meet together on Wednesday evenings for Summerlink. We meet to study God's word, to encourage each other and to welcome new people to St Helen's.

There are some chapters of the Bible that most Christians only encounter in a story bible with pictures. We know that the animals went in two by two, that the walls came tumbling down, and that Jonah found a surprising way to travel. But, as adults, we’ve never thought seriously about what those stories mean. This year we’re going to take eight favourites from the children’s Bible and look at how the bible authors teach them, for grown-ups and the real world.

Sunday at 6pm is young, friendly and full of the London buzz. Every week we sing God’s praises, pray to our heavenly Father, hear His word and respond in lives of worship.  (Download our Preaching Programme)

We’re a mixed crowd, united by the good news of Jesus. From barristers to bar workers, medics to music students, 6pm @ St Helen's is a place for everyone.

If you are interested in finding out more about Jesus, or if you are looking for a great place to meet with people who love him and will encourage you to love him too – then why not drop us an email at st-helens@st-helens.org.uk or join us on Sundays at 6pm.
