Prayer Suppers

Bringing our requests to God

As a church we recognise that God is in control and we are completely dependent on him, so prayer is a vital part of everything we do.

We pray in our various meetings and small groups, many of us pray regularly in twos and threes and once a month we get together as a whole church family over supper to pray for the work of the church as a whole.

Monthly prayer suppers
Prayer suppers are usually held in St Helen’s on the last Monday of the month (please check the Events Calendar). They are an opportunity for us to get together over supper, to encourage one another, to hear what is going on around St Helen’s and to pray for the work of the church as a whole. We meet at 6:30pm (for a prompt start at 6:45pm), break for supper from 7:30pm to 8:00pm and finish by 9:00pm.
