William Taylor continues his series in St Helen's Training, What is the Gospel?

In Luke's understanding, the gospel announcement involves a call to repent. We find this throughout Luke's Gospel and indeed the whole of the New Testament. Jesus has come to call sinners to repentance. If I am not Lord, but have been living as if I am, then I need to repent.

Repentance is a change of mind. It is a change of attitude that leads to a change of action.
