The good news of Jesus is not just for Sundays; it is for all of life because Jesus is Lord of every sphere of life - church, home, and work. Indeed, our workplaces are often where we spend most of our waking hours, even if we are just starting work. So for many of us, whether or not we would call ourselves Christians, the best place to get to know Jesus better is in or around the workplace.

Working in London can also be very disorientating - the hectic pace of life and work, the new places, people and jargon to come to terms with, and the need to juggle commitments at home, work and church. That is why there are lunchtime talks and other events throughout London close to the financial, legal and government centres to help encourage and support workers in London.
