Philippians 2:12-18

Without grumbling or disputing

God works within the Christian both to will and to work for his good purposes. This makes the Christian's labours unlike anything else on this planet. It is the work of God that we are engaged in here in the City, both prompted and empowered by him. It is a thrilling enterprise that can never be thwarted.
