Freedom from sin, a rich inheritance, an eternal membership within God’s family and his Holy Spirit dwelling within us. These are some of the major offers Jesus makes in the Christian gospel of free grace. However, all of this comes under threat when a person turns back to performing religious rites, rituals and rules for their salvation.
