Job 38:1-42:17

Will everything be ok in the end?

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “the arc of the universe is long, but it bends towards justice”. Can we be sure of this in a world full of evil and suffering? In these passages, we see God answers. But instead of answering the “why” questions, God reminds Job and us who is in charge over suffering and evil. Job ends the book humbled and knowing his place as a worshipper of God. Will we follow this example?
