Training men and women in the ministry of God’s word

Is it possible to train people for ministry away from the bright lights and big resources of a central London church? This talk endeavours to spell out the principles of training and discipleship to show that however different it might look in practice, training is something we can have on our ministry agenda wherever we find ourselves.
