Micah 1:1-16

Who is a God like the LORD?

How well do you really know God? The prophet Micah's name means 'Who is like the LORD?' and it invites us to meditate on the character of God. Rather than taking his forgiveness for granted, Micah begins by inviting us to see the seriousness with which God takes sin: a God who judges evil, even amongst his own people. Are we worshipping the God who reveals himself in Micah, or have we made a god of our own design?
