The surprise of God’s blessing

Can God be at work in the mess that we see among God's people, caused by our sin or the sin of others? The deception of Isaac shows us that God is at work, that God's plan is unstoppable, because God will bless through the mess. The right response is to show patient trust in our sovereign God, instead of trying to take matters into our own hands.
