Established, exiled, and expectation

This talk traces Israel’s story from kingdom to captivity to hope. God gave his people a king, a temple, and his presence—to live under his rule and reflect his goodness to the nations. But disobedience led to division, downfall, and exile. Yet even in judgment, God stirred expectation: of a greater king, a renewed people, and a restored presence. Through promised rescue and a new heart by his Spirit, the hope of a better kingdom remains—one for all nations, forever.
