Getting ready for Jesus' return

Future events impact present action. When a couple is getting married, they pour hours into preparing for their wedding day. If we believe Jesus is really coming back, it will completely change the way we live today. In his concluding exhortation, Peter reminds us of the three big ways he wants us to shape our live in anticipation of Christ's return.
