Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Senior IT Technician to lead the day-to-day management and support of our IT systems across the organisation. The role includes maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure (server and network), supporting staff and volunteers with technical issues, managing hardware, software systems, cloud services, and ensuring data security and systems are in place. The successful candidate will have the IT skills and knowledge to manage the daily operation of servers, networks, and workstations, and the aptitude to grow into the role of IT Systems Administrator. They will be technically competent, a clear communicator, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting gospel ministry through reliable and secure IT provision at St Helen’s.

9.30am team Women’s Worker (part-time)

We are seeking a part-time women’s worker to serve within our Sunday 9.30am congregation. Responsibilities include discipling women through Bible teaching and pastoral care, building relationships, and contributing to the wider ministry team. The exact shape of the role will be tailored to the candidate’s strengths and ministry experience. Prior experience in Bible teaching is desirable. Applications close end of March.

Trainee Christian Leader

We are seeking to recruit Trainee Christian Leaders (TCLs) to join our staff team in September 2026. The TCL programme offers hands-on ministry experience with structured training over a two-year period. This developmental role is an exciting opportunity for those considering church leadership, to be equipped for future ministry opportunities within St Helen’s and beyond.

This is a full-time 5-day per week role. Applicants are required to have at least completed 2 years of associate training or equivalent. Applications close end of March.
