We encourage City workers to join an evening small group. If you cannot make an evening, there are groups who meet for breakfast on Wednesday and on Monday lunchtimes. These groups aim to deepen our gospel partnership, encouraging us to speak and live for Jesus at work.

Marriage Foundations course

A three-week course designed to give engaged or recently married couples a solid Christian foundation to their marriages. We let the Bible teach us how to build a marriage on the Christian principles of grace and forgiveness, while tackling practical issues of communication, conflict and sex. Central Focus is our Bible study for people who have previously been part of RML. It is particularly aimed at people who go to the Sunday 10.30am meeting. It is also an excellent place to start if you arrive at St Helen's later in life or have children. One distinctive feature of Central Focus is studying different books of the Bible each year.
