David says the words of the Lord are more to be desired than much fine gold than having Jeff Bezos’ bank account. Why is that? Why should we treat God’s words differently to anyone else's? In this Psalm, David reminds God’s people who their God is, how his word is perfect and how they need to treat his words with the right fear. They warn us, but in keeping them there is great reward
