Fresh start: the dashed expectations of humanity

To restore and renew a world corrupted by death and wickedness, we have seen so far in Genesis there needs to be cataclysmic judgment, the grace of God, and a new creation. But now that has all taken place for Noah, it seems that anything is possible. After God’s great reset of creation, will humanity now flourish and bring glory to him? In this passage, we see how humanity’s expectations are quickly dashed.
