Parables of the kingdom II

Is Jesus' kingdom disappointing? It doesn’t look like it is working. In Matthew 13:24–43 we consider two problems from three parables. The problem of the delay—the parable of the weeds. And the problem of small beginnings and hidden workings—the parable of the mustard seed and yeast.
